Get started
Most buyers arrive unsure of their exact spec. That is fine — start with the shade card and we will work the specification out together.
Our shade card plus 2 m of ribbon in the qualities you want to try. Ask the sales desk and they will tell you the cost and the timing.
You pick the quality, width and shade; we issue a PI with a firm rate, quantity and delivery date.
50% advance opens the order. Six to nine days later it ships with its QC sheet and e-way bill.
Step one
No commitment, and no salesperson chasing you afterwards unless you ask us to.
The sales desk will call you back the same working day with the rate, the minimum quantity and the delivery date, so you have a firm number for your costing sheet.
Get a sharper quote
You need none of these to request the shade card. But if you have them, the first quote will be the final quote.
If the ribbon has to curve around a hat brim or a waistband when steamed, it is petersham — the cotton blend. If it has to stay flat and crisp, it is grosgrain, and it costs about 40% less. People order the expensive one by mistake more often than the cheap one.
Every order is dyed to your colour, so the shade is exactly what you ask for. We match it from a Pantone number or from a piece of ribbon you send us. Approval takes about five working days, and we keep the recipe on file so your repeat order comes back the same.
Standard is 100 m. Longer rolls cut changeover time; 25 m retail spools suit you if you are selling on. Same price either way, so pick what your operators prefer.
Our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class II certificate covers most requirements. If your buyer has their own restricted-substance list, tell us upfront — retro-fitting a compliance requirement onto a running order is where delays come from.
Ring the sales desk on +91 98111 99480, Monday to Saturday. Ten minutes on the phone usually saves a fortnight of emails.
